At Rivian, Travis supported the transition from prototype development to volume production across R1T, R1S, and Electric Delivery Van programs.
The Challenge
Rapid scale required consistent product information, change control, configuration management, readiness tracking, and quality issue resolution.

Battery-module integration and readiness owner with increasing responsibility for traceability, configuration, and cross-functional issue resolution.
What Travis Built
Change-control proposal templates, part-numbering and product-configuration standards, readiness tracking, BOM strategy support, and root-cause/corrective-action mechanisms.
Lesson learned
Scale does not only require better products. It requires better rules for how information changes, who approves it, and how teams know what is true.
