About

Travis has spent most of his life building systems.

Early on, those systems were mechanical: cars, tools, laboratory equipment, prototypes. Later, they became chemical systems, battery systems, aircraft subsystems, enterprise workflows, company operating models, and engineering knowledge tools.

The surface has changed. The pattern has not.

Travis looks for places where people are doing hard work through broken processes, fragmented information, unclear ownership, or systems that make the work harder than it needs to be. Then he builds the structure that helps the work flow.

That path has moved through a chemistry PhD, Tesla, Faraday Future, Rivian, Ampaire, Kyma, Lucid, patents, writing, Ask Anyway, and human-centered technology systems work.
